Hong Kong Food - not for the faint hearted lol!

Food update: last nights little balls have been identified as fish balls - no I never knew they had them either lol. They are made from a selection of fish mixed with flour and spices. The woman who told me what they were when I showed her the picture was impressed and said I had made a good choice - I had no idea what they were.

Today's food news (Wednesday) is shredded squid - yum I can hear you say! So I took some pictures and yes I had some lol the crazy cow that I am! It didn't taste of chicken lol, it was very chewy and I still have some stuck in my tooth. It was a bit fishy tasting but very sweet. It was OK I won't rush to eat it again but would try it again.
